Our cozy farmhouse is newly renovated and ready to become your home away from home! This Lancaster county farm is nearly 200 acres of rolling hills and will provide you with a peaceful farm atmosphere with spectacular sunrises and sunsets! The house has gorgeous original pine-wood flooring, all new appliances, and a fully supplied kitchen. This old brick home is a two-story farmhouse sits atop of a hill, perfect for viewing the surrounding farmland. There is central heating and air through out the entire house. On the first floor there is a half bath with a washer & dryer, the living room has two couches with a smart TV, the kitchen is fully supplied for your convenience. Upstairs there is a full bath and three bedrooms. 1 King size bed, 1 queen, and 2 single beds. Come experience the rich heritage of Amish country as we are conveniently located to many nearby Lancaster attractions.

Summary: This is a lovely home in a great location. I was in Lancaster to see my daughter in a show at The Dutch Apple Theatre. Quiet space with everything you need. We were able to find beautiful hikes, and explore all the things this area has to offer with no more than a 40 min drive. Pine View Dairy is a must. Espresso Oreo Caramel is the best!!!! Hope I have a reason to stay again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with the VRBO community.

Summary: I cant even put into words how perfect this home was for our vacation. We loved the fire pit amd the way the home made us feel so relaxed and happy. Everything we needed was there. Highly recommended.

Summary: This is a gorgeous property with stunning views! The apartment is very spacious and well maintained - making it perfect for our stay with our family (5 adults). The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The hosts live right next door and were really prompt in their responses if we needed anything. Would totally recommend to anyone traveling with family/group of 5-6 and if you love farm views!

Summary: The place is described accurately. The pictures are current and show the place as you will receive it. The bedrooms are on the second floor, which takes 14 steps to go up. Plenty of blankets and towels. Kitchen is fully furnished. Wifi was easy to set up.

Summary: Pack very lightly for this stay. Where you park is very far from your entrance. Do not bring suitcases with wheels because you cannot roll them from your car to the house. The pathway is not easily traversed. The steps have many loose stones and were a hazard. The handrail on the outside steps was not attached completely to the wall so it was no help in coming up the loose steps. The owner states in the listing that they live in a small attached apartment, but they actually live in the whole left side of the house and they drive all the way to their door to enter their side. Which we were not allowed to do. The owner was home the entire time of our stay. We could hear them on their side of the wall so we know they could hear us. This was something they assured us would not be the case. It constantly felt like we were being monitored in our going and comings from the house. It was also extremely dark outside of the residence. If you choose to stay here make sure you arrive in the daylight to see where you are going..
