Summary: Mooi ruim huis, sleuteloverdracht en contact erg makkelijk. Qua hygiëne laat dit verblijf nog wel wat te wensen over. Vriendelijke mensen en prachtige omgeving

Summary: Groot vakantiehuis, zeer geschikt voor ( in ons geval ) 7 volwassenen en 6 kinderen. Prima keukens, redelijke bedden, elke etage heeft een eigen ingang. Slechte verwarming, laatste ochtend geen warm water.

Summary: Wir hatten das Haus für ein langes Wochenende gemietet. Das Haus und ein Teil der Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer Renovierung. An einigen Stellen würde schon ein neuer Anstrich helfen. Die Wohnungen inkl. aller Badezimmer waren sauber und es hat alles funktioniert. In den Küchen war ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Es fehlten aber eine ausreichende Anzahl an Gläser ( Wein, Sekt, etc. ) und es waren auch leider keine Backbleche in allen vier Küchen vorhanden. Das Haus ist für 18 Personen ausgelegt. Für diese Peronenanzahl fehlt ein Raum in dem man mit 18 Personen sitzen und essen kann. In der Küche im EG passen max. 12 Personen rein. Die Abwicklung der Buchung und die Betreung vor Ort hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Summary: Ferienhaus für 18 Personen direkt am Waldrand. Würde 0 Sterne geben, geht aber leider nicht. Das Ferienhaus ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Inhaber hat wohl schon lange nicht mehr ins Haus gesteckt. Dachschindeln liegen in der Dachrinne (evtl. undicht?) Irgendwelche Fließen liegen auf dem Rasen im Garten. Beleuchtung im Garten Mangelware. Im Haus das selbe, abgenutze Bild. Badezimmer (Duschen) mit Schimmel. Schlafzimmer mit Schimmel. Es war nicht sauber, überall lag Staub rum, es lagen div. Sachen in den Ecken. Kühlschränke waren nicht sauber. Möbel waren fast alle nicht Intakt, in der Küche war ein Tischbein gebrochen, Wohnbereiche sehr ungepflegt. Fenster stellenweise gesrpungen, Spiegel gebrochen, Lichschalter aus der Wand gerissen (Lebensgefahr!!), Türen ließen sich nicht schließen. Im Keller, wo die Ersatzhandtücher lagern, lag Mäusekot auf den Handtüchern. Küchenschränke ohne Schranktür, defekte Töpfe. ......ich könnte hier noch weiteres aufzählen, aber ich denke es reicht für den ein oder anderen um einen Eindruck zu bekommen. Falls das jedoch nicht stört und man sich damit trotzdem arangieren möchte ist das Haus für 18 Personen aktzeptabel. Auf vier Etagen verteilt, wobei die Kelleretage eine echte Kelleretage ist, man muss um dorhin zu gelangen durch den Waschkeller, nicht besonders wohnlich und mit kleinen Kindern etwas ungünstig. Das postive ist die Funktionierende Sauna und die Infrarotkabine, das war das einzige Highligt dieses Hauses, achja, die Pelletheizung lief auch tadellos.

Summary: We were suprised at the big size of this house. For 18 persons, te space was more then enough. We used the 3 of the 4 living rooms as a sleepingroom, and used the biggest as the general living room and kitchen. Worked enough and everyone had its own room. But, much of the furniture was not good anymore, one of the sleepingbank was broken so 2 of our groep had to sleep on a matress on the ground, but the owner said he was hoing to buy new. I would still reccomend this to big groups! about the location Sadly enough the weather was not as we planned, and because it was raining he whole day t was hard to find activities to do inside. The next day the sun was shining, and with 40 minutes drive to winterberg we had a great time. You can also take a nice walk in the forrest
