Inspired by the Colorado Mountains, our Cozy retreat features 4 bedrooms 2 baths, 1700 sq ft home is a great base for ski/mtn trips or a getaway to Denver and Boulder metro..

10-15 minutes to Downtown Denver and 20 minutes to Boulder.
The space
You’ll love this place because of it’s location and layout - great for business travelers, families, & groups.
Enjoy our newly remodeled home with all brand new furniture and appliances.
Surf the web with ultra fast Wi-Fi connection. Entertain yourself with big screen TVs( Youtube TV, Netflix, Amazon prime included).
Also for entertainment board games, Poker set, Football Arcade & Mortal Kombat arcade, Foosball table and Cornhole.
We are located right between Denver and Boulder along the Highway 36 corridor. The City also attracts tourists to its Butterfly Pavilion, Water world, Golf, Hiking, Golden, Red Rocks, and all the outdoor activity Denver has to offer.
Plenty of Fantastic Restaurants and bars just a few minutes away.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire house and yard. We also have a patio and a fire pit for our guest’s to use.
The garage is also available to use for parking if needed.

Summary: The property is as listed. It's very cozy, clean, quiet neighborhood and very comfortable for our party of 6 adults and one teen. Home felt spacious for all of us. Enjoyed the basement TV/area and fully stocked home. Host is responsive and helpful - making it a favorite place for us to stay when visiting Denver.helpful. MHigh recommended.

Summary: The house was very clean and organized and perfect for our group of eight for the weekend. It was a short drive for us to visit Golden, Denver, and Boulder, and also had all the amenities to hang out in the house like a grill, firepit, and two large TVs for football. Amazing stay for the price and the host was very quick to answer any questions we had!

Summary: Had a fun night with a couple friends at this listing . It was very cozy and welcoming . Host had the house set up very nice when we arrived . Very thankful for the stay . I recommend any one to visit this property when they have a chance .
