Spend afternoons around this pristine yard! Gather around the porch table overlooking a manicured oasis lush in ferns and palms, shaded by ancient live oak trees that canopy the yard! This Jack and Jill home is ideal for families looking for relaxation and tranquility. This private farm setting offers a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and private Wi-Fi and can sleep 6.
The space
Farmhouse setting on the edge of the property. Limit occupancy to 6 guests unless traveling with an infant. Dogs are welcomed however MUST be approved prior to arrival, including service animals. Dog fee is $50. Please pick up after your pet. This home has 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside.

You will have the entire house, parking lot. yard and fire pit. The use of kayaks are included with your stay. You will especially love the large screened in porch overlooking the back yard. Have more guests? We do have RV spots and 3 other rental properties on site as well as the restaurant. We think you will love our 30 acres of Old Florida living.

Absolutely no smoking inside the home! Home is intended for the use of the reserved guest only. Guest staying on the property must be added to the reservation. This includes dogs. The use of this facility for parties, events or meetings is expressly prohibited unless pre-approved by the facilities manager.
Welcome to Airboat Territory. The Cove is the only restaurant on Lake Henderson available by boat. We get plenty of pleasure craft and airboats as customers. Airboats are fun to watch, but can be noisy.

Summary: Clean, well laid out house situated among lush Florida native plants and Spanish moss covered trees. Quite surrounding with a restaurant, playground, and airboat rides within walking distance. (Still fairly quiet when the airboats were running!) Well equipped kitchen, table that sits eight and a living room just right for movie watching, games, or great conversations. Great place for a family getaway or reunion.

Summary: We had a competition at citrus county raceway and we stayed here because it was close to the track and the pictures of the house were very nice. Once we got there super late, pictures do not do justice, the house and the community are beatifull! The service is espectacular, the hosts are great, they communicate so well, everything is clean, there is towels and pillows for everyone, it’s great! Will recommend 1000%
