This quaint, charming cottage built in 1910 is in the heart of Little Bohemia. Enjoy being minutes from all that Omaha has to offer while, also relaxing in this timeless classic. You will be 2 blocks away from The Admiral Theater, 5 minutes from Old Market, The Gene Leahy Riverfront, the Blackstone District and the Henry Doorly Zoo. Easy access to the interstates to get wherever else you may need to go is also a plus!
As for the house itself, it is a 3 bed, 2 bath that can easily accommodate 10 guests. The kitchen is directly off of the dining room and includes the basics from utensils, pots/pans to a toaster and coffee-maker. The dining room and living room are great spaces to gather and relax. The living room includes a pull-out couch for additional sleeping accommodations.
The two full bathrooms are located on the main floor and stocked with towels, tissues and soap. All 3 bedrooms are located on the second story, so guests will need to be able to climb a flight of stairs. While this house has vintage charm, it also means the stairs are narrow and fairly steep. Be sure to view the pictures to determine if these stairs seem manageable to you! Again to note, there are no bathrooms upstairs.
Guests will also have access to a washer and dryer located in the unfinished basement. At the back/side of the house where you enter, there is an office space with a desk if you need a private space to get some work done. There is also a couch with a pull-out bed in the office for additional guests.
The property includes a great deck and patio area with a fire pit to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or to take in a gorgeous Nebraska sunset as well as a detached garage and an additional parking pad.
