Summary: We were staying in the area to be close to my father after being admitted to AdventHealth hospital in Wesley Chapel. The host was so kind working with us and extending our stay. She made everything as easy as possible for us. The home is very well stocked, clean and very comfortable for our family. It was nice for us all to be able to be together.

Summary: The house fit the need of a quick rental for family . Owner was very nice and also quick to respond when refrigerator was not working. Unfortunately they were unable to get fixed while we were there. House needs some updates and beware there are step down to dining and then step up to bedrooms.

Summary: Good stay. The small steps need better warning tape. I fell upon arrival checking out the rooms. Our only complaint is that the rental was for 8 people. The water heater is too small to handle 8 people we could only get 3 showers with the 4 thawing warm at the beginning turning Into a cold shower. Also could say what kind of coffee maker you have such as regular ground coffee or k cups. Our stay was good and we enjoyed the rental
