Summary: Historic home in a quiet, culturally diverse neighborhood. Comfortable beds, new towels & bed linens. However, we found it odd there was not a single hanger anywhere. Grateful for the 1/2 bath on first floor, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. House would benefit from paint, inside & out, and upgrades ( like a bench & coat hooks or rack at the entrance) but served our purpose for our short stay.

Summary: House needs a lot of work. Had everything they claim but very rundown. It looks like they are in the process of doing work. A lot of yard clean up is also needed.

Summary: The sentence that had me choose this listing was: “You have the place all to yourself.” We did, and it worked out great. The kids came out of their rooms on their own and we spent time together. Took a winter hike also and ate great takeout. We highly recommend this place.
