Summary: The house was clean on the inside. The outside shrubs and yard were overgrown. The back patio could use some updating. It was too hot and humidity for us to try to use it. Front door lock was difficult at times to lock. Again, humidity may have played a factor. The A/C unit could not keep up. There was 5 to 10 degree difference throughout the day. It was over 90 and humidity was high. Shower could use a gooseneck piper to raise the height of shower head for taller people. A list of instructions for house would have been helpful. This could have included WiFi information, setting thermostats when leaving, etc. I felt bad reaching out for this information. Overall, we did enjoy ourselves. Just some things we noticed and wanted to share.

Summary: The owner was very quick to respond and willing to help. Us being from Michigan we are not used to seeing cockroaches and we seen more than we wanted too. Host was willing to come out and clean and spray the home. Overall decent place just dont like bugs

Summary: Location was perfect, close to the Kemah Boardwalk and my favorite seafood vender. The deck in the back yard was absolutely gorgeous and welcoming.

Summary: The house was decorated nicely and cleaned. However, had an animal odor. The manager was great about responded to all our need and accommodated us with removing the odor. The location was great, within walking distance of everything. Overall, the house itself and location was great. The house is adorable and cozy, The price was great, and I recommend this place.

Summary: My family loved our stay in Kemah! The house was adorable, very clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location. The host was so sweet and quick to respond to questions. We will definitely be returning in the future!
