- Quiet cozy home. Close to the hospital, grocery stores, food, and shopping. OSU campus is a 10 minute drive. Free public transportation is a short walk from the house.
- The keyless entry allows for contactless arrival.
- Our neighborhood includes the Jackson Frasier Wetland boardwalk, a park with a playground, & the middle school's running track, all in walking distance. There are lots of hikes just outside of Corvallis.
- Pets are welcome upon approval and fee.
- Parking for 2 available in the driveway as well as room along the street.

Summary: We came for an OSU sporting event and had to bring our dogs along. This was a very comfy place to stay, we had a kitchen for meals and comfy beds after long days at our events. Everything was convenient, and we really enjoyed having space to unwind after several long days of spectating. Cleanup was very easy before we left.

Summary: This house is perfect for us ~ we are in our 70's and have a 9 yr old dog....it is spotless, one-level, plus it has a very nice fenced yard.

Summary: This was the PERFECT alternative to a hotel when we came to visit OSU. It doesn't have a ton a extras but has much more than we would have gotten with a hotel at a very comparable price. Would stay here again if we come back.

Summary: This house was cute, clean, and the check in process was very easy. My only complaints are the fence and the "greeting." The fence meant to contain my dog had been blown down by a storm. The owner was having it fixed, but there had been delays and there wasn't a fence when I arrived. The lack of communication on this is the only reason I gave 4 stars on property as described. Had I been staying more than 1 night, I would have been very frustrated. Since I was only there 1 night, and there was a gated garden area I could have used had I needed to, it was fine. The other minor issue was our "greeting" message. Initially the VRBO email greeting was blank. When I messaged the owner directly, she was quick to respond with all the information needed. Unfortunately she has had some recent issues with theft from previous tenants and it was reflected in her "greeting." I would recommend rewording that portion as it came across very unwelcoming and accusatory. Really, it is a great little house and I would stay there again.

Summary: The stay was amazing! Very cozy and convenient. We had everything we needed kitchen to bath. Perfect space for our family and pets. Unfortunate events brought us to Corvallis. But with the hosts being more than accommodating. We are very grateful!

Summary: This house worked very well for us. It is well equipped and very clean. We loved the big, fenced backyard, and enjoyed walking the neighborhood.

Summary: The rental property was very comfortable and well stocked. Melissa, the property owner, was very responsive and approachable. We (and our dog!) also greatly appreciated how dog friendly this rental was.

Summary: We were staying in Corvallis visiting our granddaughter. This home was perfect for our visit. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. The home was clean and had all of the necessary amenities. I would recommend this home to anyone coming for OSU sports or other occasions.

Summary: Cute and cozy place, on a quiet street, with a fenced in backyard, which is great for the dog, comfortable beds, and pillows, and would stay here again for sure. Felt like they tried to go above and beyond with the entire shelf of pet towels, poop bags, toys, anything else you could possibly need for your pet while you’re there, in addition to the kitchen being better stocked than many places I’ve stayed, plus they had a lot of extras in case you forgot anything in the bathroom. Great little place.
