Beautiful home located in Marpole Vancouver! This 1000 sq. ft. basement home is newly furnished and is located in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All three bedrooms have a Queen size bed. The living room also has a comfy queen sized sofa bed. Rentals are accommodated with the house being fully furnished and inclusive of all utilities (electricity, gas, wifi, tv, etc.)
Transportation is very convenient as it is a middle point to all popular areas such as the Airport, Marine Gateway, Langara College, UBC, and downtown!
There are also grocery stores, popular eats, and professional services within walking distance.

Summary: Property is located in a great residential neighborhood. It is within reasonable walking distance to restuarants and a grocery store. It is a little farther walk to the sky train but we did do that. Good communication from the owner and coming and going went well. The only negatives were there were way too many air freshners. I unplugged one and hid another in a drawer. I dont think most people appreciate being overwhelmed by unpleasant perfume smells. I found another plug in type tucked away in a cupboard so maybe a previous renter didnt like them either. The other minor complaint (since most of us didnt drink coffee) is the only coffee make was a nesspresso and not the single cup size (so the pods we bought at Safeway didnt fit). I suggest getting a regular coffee pot and supply a couple filters. The nearby Safeway did not carry the multicup pods.Everything was clean and as i said it is in a very nice neighborhood. Parking is on the street but there was never a hard time finding parking as i think most houses have garages.

Summary: This property is good for 6 for one night. Great facility 3 seperate rooms and queen beds in each. In addition two bathrooms. Air conditioner is a little noisy. Great location 9 minutes to the Vancouver airport. We also had a young child of 1 - 1/2 years and there was a crib in one of the rooms( very nice). Owner was very quick to respond to all issues and these were resolved quickly. Access to property requires shade so the touch screen can be seen. Touch the symbol/enter the secret code/touch the green checkmark( very important step).

Summary: Two day stay before our cruise. 15 min from airport and cruise terminal. A block off public bus line, which was only $2 to get to downtown. Beautiful neighborhood. Very comfortable in general. Only issue was that it was unusually hot for that time of year and the ac was not very cool. Owner was very accommodating to our calls. I’d definitely recommend staying there.
