Negative: the living area had only a couch for seating. it would have been nice to have a recliner or additional seating. this is not really a complaint. the home was very comfortable other than this one issue.

Positive: Very convenient location for our reunion at Cox Hospital North School of Nursing. I loved having my own room and the second bathroom. The house was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed morning coffee before the days activities. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch our last eve watching the fireflies and the lighting show!
Negative: I wanted the gazebo to be repaired and open so it could be the ideal place for morning coffee or evening barbecue 😋

Positive: The home was very cozy and quiet. There was everything that you would have in your own home. All the way down to the top ramen and garlic salt. The towels were clean, the shampoo and conditioner smelled wonderful. Body soap was good. There was a really nice new washer and dryer set. I didn't have to use it, although there was soap and dryer sheets if I needed to.
Negative: The beds could have been more comfy. The pull out couch was the most comfortable to sleep on.

Positive: Very convenient location for the fairgrounds. The house was laid out nice. Washer and dryer was nice you don’t get that at most motels.
Negative: The only thing I would change is a couch with recliners but other than that it was great stay.
Summary: It was a great little house and the property manager was very friendly and easy to get a hold of.

Negative: While there is a large area for parking the driveway to the parking area was too narrow for us to pull the car trailer into. There is a retainer wall on the left and a tree on the right of the driveway. The road is also very busy so there was no parking in front of the home either. We had to leave the trailer at the racetrack all weekend. For reference, we were there for the Turkey Bowl at Springfield Raceway and were pulling an enclosed car trailer.
Summary: Very cozy and cute house, all negative was the narrow driveway.

Positive: The house was cozy, clean, and in a very convenient location. The large Samsung washer and dryer were awesome, and there was plenty of space for our family! The main bathroom is huge with a shower and tub, the second bathroom is smaller with just a shower. The kitchen is also spacious, the stove is electric, and there were pots and pans available, but not many. You may want to bring a few essentials to make sure you have what you typically use to cook with to facilitateyour family/group. We were here for the National Christian Homeschool Basketball tournament, so the location of the house was ideal for traveling to all the Fieldhouses and gyms in the area. The farthest distance we had to travel for a game was 16 minutes, most were under 10, which was amazing! The hosts were very responsive to all of our needs. I would say the house didn't meet expectations because it was listed as a 3 bedroom even though it's only a 2 bedroom, but we still had a place to sleep for my family and everyone enjoyed it, so ultimately expectations were met! Knowing what we know now, we'd still book this house again!
Negative: The house is listed as a 3-bedroom, but it is not. It's a 2 bedroom. There are 4 beds, and the living room has a pull-out queen bed. There isn't an iron or ironing board on the property, and the master bed is very loud. Any movement on it causes the frame to sound off. That caused a little difficulty sleeping, but nothing major. I think the frame just needs to be tightened. This is minor, but having more of an instant coffee maker vs the older pot style would have been nice for our early mornings having to get up and out quickly.
Summary: Nice house, amazing price! It's a 2 bedroom though, not 3!

Positive: Dan, our host, was terrific! We wanted a flexible place to host our several children, grandchildren and greats in small groups while we were in town. It was great for this. The layout and simplicity worked well and we played lots of Farkle and puzzles around the kitchen table. Appliances were great and parking worked well. The central ocation likewise worked well for us. It was swell to have close access to Aldi's, Price Cutter's, Wal-Mart and fast food. We were blessed to be able to enjoy the richness of leaves turning colors!
Negative: The mattress in the MBR was ok for a week, but we were there for more than 2 weeks. The description of the house did not make it clear that the MBR does not have an ensuite bath and we mistakenly assumed it did in a 2 BRM, 2BA HOME. 66
