Summary: The bed was hard. And the bathroom, the ceiling fan cover and light cover were hanging by one spring. I informed the front desk and I was told that there was no one there to fix it and no one knew how to fix it. I’m really hoping I don’t get charged for it

Summary: Stay was nice but we were charged ana deposit in addition to the room charge. I contacted the hotel over a week ago and have not heard back from them on a date for the deposit to be refunded.

Summary: The only issues we had is in room 117 had a bad order from the carpet. Room service came and sprayed but the underline smell was still there.Then the 1st night someone was outside f bombing for about 30 min under our open window. The next night was fine but still had the bad oder. Rooms were full so we couldn't change. Might stay there again but not that room.

Summary: I can see the work that was done to make the rooms "newer". However, the carpet needs replacing, and since the hotel is off a busy street and freeway, better windows to block out/muffle the sound. My room had a runny toilet, and there wasn't enough shower pressure. The bed was nice and comfy for me, not too firm or soft.
