Summary: My husband and I spend a night at this adorable Guest House in Cottam and couldn't be happier with our stay. It was a great location, very easy to find with lots of parking right out front. Lovely curb appeal, with well manicured gardens and keyless entry. The accommodations were spotless, beautifully decorated and a large window provides lots of natural light and there's even a back patio area that we used to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. This property is 15 minutes from Pelee Island winery which had their "Summer Sunday" events with live music and wood fired pizzas. There are some delicious restaurants in the area and we walked down by the beach in Kingsville, then took the ferry over to Pelee Island the following day. The hosts responded to messages in a timely manner, provided us with information about what to do in the area and were very welcoming. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a short stay in Essex County!

Summary: The space is nice but needs some changes. The lady running the space was very available and helpfull. She responded within a hour or two before we arrived to answer questions. There needs to be a window air conditioner put in. I’m glad it wasn’t too hot at night or it would have been very tough to sleep. Whatever the unit is on the wall, it’s rather useless.

Summary: Overall it was good to stay here. Nice place, nice deck. TV: could not watch just regular TV which was a pain. Shower/bathtub is not agreeable to senior visitors - could be hazard. Air conditioning unit is immediately over the bed which could lead to a chill if left on, so we turned it off and opened the two windows in front - not enough fresh air venting. It was nice and quiet though and we did enjoy that. Thank you.
