Positive: The cabin was cute, very clean, and very comfortable. The location is convenient to groceries and restaurants, as well as the local Hot Springs attractions. The owners are lovely people who are very helpful when they can be.
Negative: The bed is every bit as bad as the first review stated. It is loud and hollow in the center. A simple repair would allow for the use of the ceiling light in the bedroom to be used without the ceiling fan. During our stay, if the wall switch was on, the fan was on high speed. There is too much kitschy stuff on the tables and dresser, making it difficult to set up suitcases or to set an eating table without reorganizing the room. Having a bedside lamp with no light bulb was a silly waste of a tiny space. The Wifi networks were both almost barely good enough to trick us into trying to use them over and over again, but we ended up having to use a cell phone as a hot spot. The description does clearly state that the upper areas are only accessible by stairs. The advertising is a bit more vague about everything above the dock being upstairs. If anyone in your party has mobility deficits, choose another place to stay.

Negative: The bed was scary thought it might even break when rolling over…couldn’t sleep because refrigerator made loud noises…no tv. Bathroom sink drain backed up slow to drain.
