The gathering area features, a large dining room table which seats 10 people comfortably, gas fireplace, flat screen TV with cable all surrounded by windows with views of the lake. A 300± sf deck with lots of seating and gas grill extends the living space with steps down to 46 feet of sandy beach with dock on calm water near Mayfield Marina. Row boat provided.
A spiral staircase leads to upstairs media room with second TV, two bedrooms and full bath.

Summary: this rental was in great shape. it has everything you might need. we were in town for a family wedding. It was a great place to relax. I got to have my family over for a cookout on our last day. We all had a great time and we loved being able to go right down to the lake any swim. ( will say bring swim shoes like bit of stones going in but no problem) the beach for this rental was great. We all had a blast at the lake. It is a bit down the hill. They have built a great path down. Making it so much easier to go up and down to the beach and lake. I would give this rental a 10.

Summary: This was the second year my family rented this lakeside cottage, as we all loved it so much the first time. And it did not disappoint this second time around. The house has all the comforts we could need for all nine of us. We loved being right on the water, and not having to cross any roads to hang out by the beach. The paddle boat and kayaks added to the fun time, as did sitting by the fire pit at night. The host was very responsive to all our needs and we had a thoroughly enjoyable sta

Summary: This place was amazing!!! Very clean inside and out with everything you need. Great neighborhood on a quiet street. Hot showers, comfortable beds and plenty of space. We can not say enough about this cute cottage. 😍

Summary: We stayed here while we were up state for the Belmont Stakes at Saratoga. The home was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We wished we had a little more time to enjoy the lake so we will try to schedule that next time we're up in the area.

Summary: We loved our stay here! The layout was perfect for our 4 kids, family, and my husband and me. Everyone loved the lake and was constantly out on the kayaks or enjoyed from the shore. The home was very well stocked with consumables. The host was very responsive and friendly. Perfect place for quiet, family time!

Summary: We found the cottage to be well stocked, comfortable, clean, and in very good condition. It was great to have the little labels taped around the house offering hints, such which light switch is for which light fixture. The location of the cottage is excellent. The neighborhood is nice and quite and it is also very walkable. The cottage being located in a nook in the lake made using the lake really great because unless a wind was coming from the north, there would be very few in any waves on the water. Having access to the row boat, paddle boat, and kayaks was amazing, which allowed us to really take advantage of the lake. Also, I have had the time of my life fishing here. Some really great fishing spots with tons of bass can be found about 5 minutes away from the home by row boat. Last but not least, Marilyn was wonderful host that was responsive and caring. I sure hope to come back to this cottage in the future.

Summary: The whole experience was fantastic. Marilyn answered any questions we had and the cottage had almost anything we would need. Location is ideal. The lake is beautiful. Close to grocery stores, ice cream, breweries. Had an amazing long weekend with great friends.

Summary: House was perfect for a family get together with my sister & mom. House is charming & cozy and stocked with everything you could need! Loved mornings on the expansive deck, days on our own private beach/dock, and evenings around the giant dining table! The lake is stunning & we enjoyed kayaking, row boating, swimming & fishing.
