We provide full kitchen including stove/oven, refrigerator,microwave, coffee maker and utensils. We also provide a outdoor grille and picnic table. There is a fire pit in front of the cabin for your evening bonfire.
The cabin is truly Lake Side with great views of the lake. Lake Thompson is a 400 acre lake with three islands for you to explore. This is a great lake for water sports.

Summary: First : the property needs remodeled. What we paid for a week, is nothing compared to what we get in Minnesota.That living room kitchen combo is a terrible set up.Also No TV which all of our rentals do have.We weren't inside much anyways.When we first arrived the refrigerator was Not cold AT ALL.The controls on the refrigerator has a weird mark with a black marker on the left and the right of the temperature dial.Those black marks tell you nothing about what to set the 1-9 at with 9 being the coldest. Is the 9 supposed to be on the left black marker or the right black marker ? We had no way of knowing and the refrigerator/freezer was not getting cold. I did call the owner who did take this situation serious and called a repairman. We arrived on Friday,the repairman came out on Saturday morning. He was definitely one of the rudest repairmen I have worked with. The comment that really got me was he said " these people come down here and load this refrigerator and expect the refrigerator to keep up with them loading it up" !! Well for us that's 100% not the case.We had water, Gatorade and coffee drinks.That's all. The freezer didn't freeze ,we put our stuff in neighbor's freezer. Besides EVEN if a person does load up a refrigerator it should get cold. Just like your house refrigerator. We just didn't appreciate his rude comment. Once the repairman took off a part in back of freezer and put it back together and set the cold dial correct. No more issues.Never heard back from owner

Summary: A clean and cozy cottage right on the lake. Fish, swim, try a kayak or just relax and enjoy the view, it's all here.

Summary: We love Lake Thompson and staying at the Chan’s cabin. It’s clean and we have everything we need. We love that we can hop on our boat just feet away from the cabin to go boating, fishing , and swimming daily. We enjoyed watching the meteor showers in the evenings while sitting by the campfire. A wonderfully relaxing vacation.

Summary: We had a great time. The view of the lake was beautiful. Neighbors were friendly. Our only complaint was the inconsistency of hot water.

Summary: We were outside most of the time. Easy boat launch . Water was a bit high but we tied up fine during the day. Small but just right place for our needs . Enjoyed the fire pit with plenty of wood provided Thank you!
