Less than an hour from Mpls. Lake front cottage on Lake Ann. 3 bedroom 1 bath & a loft open to living room below w/4 twins. Water toys, yard games and a fire pit for the gorgeous sunset views. QUIET lake that is stocked yearly with fish, so bring your fishing gear! You can follow @frogcottagemn *Cabin has been updated & appears “modernized”, it is still very much a cabin. Water tank & septic, so must be conservative w/water & flushing (only tp)
VERY well stocked. Provided-TP, paper towels, Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, linens,hair dryer, griddle, waffle iron, basic spices. 5 beach towels.
*Absolute 10 guest limit & 3 car max
Traditional coffee maker, toaster, griddle & waffle maker. Stocked kitchen. Hair dryer.
* Cabin has been updated & appears “modernized”, it is still very much a cabin. Water tank & septic, so must be conservative w/water & flushing (only tp & if comfortable preferably let “yellow mellow” occasionally), efficient showers etc..
3 car max. Absolutely no more than 10 respectful guests on the property.

Please note:
-please remove your shoes
-no wet bodies on indoor furniture
-no animals
-no candles
-no smoking
-no glitter or kinetic sand
-please be respectful of neighbors
-please keep noise to a minimum especially after 10pm
-No more than 3 cars allowed. 3 in driveway.
-Do not walk in neighbors yard
-No more than 10 guests allowed in home at anytime
-No Parties
-Patio blind must be turned from shade to open before use of other cord to fully open them.
-Do not put garbage in the fire pit
-If something breaks or there’s an issue please let us know. We understand things happen. It’s much more of a problem when we don’t know about it until the last minute.

Summary: Overall our stay was very nice and sweet. Unfortunately, didn’t get a chance to enjoy the lake too much because of the weather but oh well. Not something that is a deal breaker.

Summary: We stayed over the weekend for a family wedding that was in town (very convenient location for the Reeds and Rushes venue). Awesome little cabin with everything you could need. Well stocked, awesome host, lots of extras like yard games, etc. We didn’t have time for activities on the lake since we had a wedding but we wouldn’t have been able to use it due to algee. A couple notes for parents with toddlers: bring a baby gate to block the bottom of the stairs. They are very steep and there was not one provided in the cabin. Also, all the doors are pocket doors that do not have handles- made it a bit difficult to shut the doors all the way for nap time and over night. Absolutely not deal breakers just would have been better prepared had we known this. Would definitely book this place again!

Summary: We had a great stay with our mixed age group! The cabin was extremely clean and offered many sleeping options for our group of 7. The pontoon worked well as did the paddle board and paddle boat. The only disappointment for us was the lake. It didn’t seem very fishable despite our best efforts. The lake water near the shore was not swimmable like we hoped and the photos showed a sandy beach that was not maintained

Summary: The cabin in wonderful remodeled, all beds were comfortable, we used the paddle boat and water board. nice to have available. there was a rainbow over the cabin on sat night, very fun. Thank you.
