Positive: We loved being right on Lake Erie. Our family also enjoyed the peaceful setting. It was nice, comfortable and relaxing.
Negative: I did not like that there weren't any TVs in the bedrooms. Also, the kitchen utensils, pots, plates, and pans need to be updated. They were lacking, to say the least. I'm a cook!

Positive: The balcony has a beautiful view and the condo was decorated nicely.
Negative: As soon as we arrived we saw a letter taped to the building that the water filtration was not running properly and therefore you needed to boil the water before consuming. In addition to that the water was brown the entire stay and smelled like Tuna. I feel that we should have been notified and given the opportunity to decide that not having the luxury of a shower and clean water was not for us and been refunded to stay somewhere that could provide that.
Summary: The water situation kinda dampened our stay. If putting that aside, it was a nice condo in the most quiet place with not

Positive: I like the balcony overlooking the water. Location was good. The access to grass/field for our dog and access to the water. I like the keyless entry. We had a problem with the toilet and it was taken care of promptly.
Negative: 1. needs Non-slip stickers in shower to prevent falling. VERY slick and dangerous. 2. Only 4 bowls, needs a few more dishes and kitchen supplies. Was looking for measuring cup, couldn't find one. Only 1 bath towel each, not a towel to wrap around my body and head. 3. Blinds in Master bedroom need to be darkening shades. The 2nd bedroom was fine. But sun was so bright into our room, was waking up very early on my vacation. Wanted to sleep in. 4. We always leave places we stay very neat when we leave. The rules to leave seemed a bit much. Stripping the bed, piling up towels, starting dishwasher, etc. We paid a cleaning fee!
Summary: Would be great if these issues would be addressed.

Negative: Only one negative and I do not know if the facility can do much, but the water had a sulfur odor.
Summary: The island was nice, and would stay there again. Great charter service to Put in Bay.

Negative: Transportation on island is poor and inconvenient. Point of contact "chris" invalid #. No cell reception and no wifi available and nobody knew enough about how to help with it. No good contact if I needed help.
