Summary: Love this cozy little house, it mostly updated with a beautiful backyard and patio! I stayed for a dog event not far away and it was perfect! It is 3/4 fenced yard so there if your dog is a roamer you’ll have to put them on leash, but it was perfect for us!

Summary: I stayed at this home in Waverly, IL with my children, my father and my dogs. The check in process was easy! The yard was lovely and very clean. Parking was easy, ample and safe. My host was very attentive, kind and communicated very well. She made sure we were comfortable and answered questions right away! We spent evenings playing cards on the back deck while our dogs made use of the yard. It was nice to have a morning cup of coffee on the deck and be surrounded by “quiet.” I would stay again in the future!
