2 Bedroom Apartment in Gordonville

This second floor loft is access by an outside stairway. No entrances are shared with other tenants. The loft was newly renovated in 2020 making for a beautiful space away from it all. The master bedroom has a king bed with a beautiful view overlooking the neighboring Amish farm. The 2 nd bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 queen bed. This spacious bedroom even has a children's nook where you will find books and toys. The kitchen/dining room is fully furnished with dishes, pots, pans, and appliances; such as a microwave, toaster, coffee maker. The living room has comfy new couches, new furniture, and TV making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of traveling or sightseeing. The entire house has central vacuum and central heat and air.
In spring of 2022, we built the new outdoor deck. Guests can watch the sunrise with coffee in hand in the comfy wicker furniture or enjoy the low glow of string lights and a fire table as the sun goes down. This new addition was created for your comfort, whether that’s outdoor entertaining with friends or peacefully soaking in the Amish country atmosphere after a long day touring the town.

A Note to the guests: Flash, the dog, is friendly and loves to meet new people. He loves to be petted and is very energetic as he is still a pup. You are welcome to play with Flash. :)

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this property, especially after a week with five of us in just a hotel room! It was wonderful to have a bed for everyone and a private room for us. The property is clean and in an excellent location!

Summary: This was our third trip to Lancaster County and by far the best location we have stayed at. The home had proximity to lots of shops, restaurants and food stands, which we really enjoyed. The king size bed in the master was very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the Amish buggies go by from the deck each day. We would definitely stay here again due to the wonderful location, cleanliness of the property, good heating and air con system, comfortable large bed in the master and internet-enabled TV.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in the loft! Good layout for a family with kids. We enjoyed the oversize bean bag in the bunk room. Our daughter liked watching the horses and buggies from the window. The blackout curtains actually worked to keep the room dark enough for naptime, which is a rare find in our experience! Everything else was as advertised. Very close to the Amish attractions.

Summary: The Flower Patch Loft was excellent! Couldn’t ask for a better location being right down the street from Kitchen Kettle Village and less than 20 minutes from all the other attractions in the area. It was very spacious, well kept, the outside deck area with the string lights was perfect for enjoying the view and cooler weather. It’s the perfect place for anything from a couple to a small family with a couple of kids. The kids room with the bunks and full size bed had so much room if you have more than one child. Our daughter loved having such a big room all tk herself though. The only issue and minor inconvenience was the tenants/residents, not sure which it was, on the first floor of the home were very loud until midnight and a little later even though there are 10pm to 8am quiet hours to abide by. Even considering that that one little issue I would recommend this rental to anyone and would very strongly consider renting this again for our next family Amish country weekend.
