5 Bedroom House in Randall

The Cozy Cabin in the Woods is a private wooded property with access to a small natural shoreline lake approximately 150 -200 yards from the cabin. Two trails lead to the lake from the backyard. Guests are welcome to put in a canoe, kayak, or fish off the dock.
The cabin is a short distance from Lake Alexander (which has a public boat launch) and about 30 miles from the Brainerd Lakes area for those looking to go water skiing, tubing, or fishing.
There is a fire pit in the backyard for guests to enjoy. We do not always provide firewood. However, as mother nature provides fallen trees, we try to stack wood near the tree line for guests to use. Guests are welcome to bring their own wood.
The property has a spacious driveway for multiple parking vehicles. At this time, the garage is not available for guests to use.
There are miles of ATV trails that can be accessed right from the property. The area also has groomed snowmobile trails.
Randall is the closest town (~5 miles). There is a grocery store, a couple of bars, and restaurants.
Little Falls (~ 11 miles) has shopping, a zoo, and several excellent places to eat.
Brainard (~33 miles) has go-carts, mini-golf, water parks, shopping, a movie theater, and restaurants.
There are on-site security cameras. Cameras are present for guests' safety and allow owners to monitor property when not occupied. No cameras are located or pointed inside the cabin.

Summary: Overall the property was beautiful and so was the cabin. The only problem was that the dishwasher didn’t work but they gave us a heads up for that.

Summary: Lots of small gravel roads/trails just out of the driveway. Close location to nearby towns to catch a drink, supper. Cabin was cozy. Nice fire pit area. Only issue was that it rained during our trip for a short while and tried to reach the host for access to the garage which had a pool table and response was we could have access but then it wasn’t sent. Otherwise no complaints! We all had a great time. Clean up directions were easy!

Summary: The cabin was everything we could've dreamed of and more. It was so cozy, clean, and in the perfect location. There were plenty of rooms for all our family members, plenty of yard to play in, and that views were so relaxing. To top it all off, the owners are amazing & we're super easy to connect with whenever I had any questions. We loved it so much, we are hoping to come back again soon! If you're looking for the perfect family getaway, book this cabin now. I promise you won't regret it!

Summary: We booked this cabin for 13 people (4 families) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The cabin was super cute and even though there are cabins/ houses around the property you still feel somewhat isolated - exactly what we were looking for. The communication with the hosts was excellent and they were very responsive. Would recommend this place!

Summary: We found the property to be perfect for small grandchildren. It was far enough away from the lake so they were safe. Lots of room indoors and on deck. Allowed us to escape the crowds after great days of exploring. We made use of the gas grill that was provided and the fire pit.

Summary: My family gathered for a reunion and 4th of July celebration. My husband, myself, our three teens and two doggos. Beautiful home on amazing property. We had a wonderful time and fast communication from Ashley during our stay. Even with neighbors camping closely it was a very quiet stay. Randall is a cute town. We were able to visit Whipple Beach and rent a pontoon on Lake Alexander with the dogs. We had an incredible visit that all teenagers and dogs enjoyed together. Highly recommend this beautiful place for any type of family time away :) Thank you Ashley!!!!
