Summary: Our impression, Easy........This property is very nice lots of room. All the comforts of home. And to top it off it is supported by excellent property managers that make sure that you feel appreciated and valued.And lets face it, that feeling has value that far exceedes the cost of the rental.

Summary: The house was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Amazing kitchen! Great pool, 2 car garage, lots of fluffy towels and amenities in bathrooms. The neighborhood was in a very safe area yet close to anything that you want in Tyler. Great communication from owner. Will definitely stay here every time I visit Tyler.

Summary: Lovely new home in upscale neighborhood. Extremely nice kitchen and generous accessories and supplies. Quality linens and towels. Highly recommend. Great communication with Monica and Mark. They went the extra mile to bring and set up a DVD player.

Summary: What a dream spot! From booking to checking out, our stay was absolutely heaven. Monica and Mark we're great hosts. Monica answered all my questions quickly and made sure our stay met our needs. The heated pool and spa was only the tip of amazing amenities this private home offers. The heated toilet seats were an unexpected delight. This home has every single items you could want. Do not worry about bringing anything but your food, bathing suits and PJs. You won't need/want anything else. The blue lighted surround sound ceiling was perfect. The home is huge and gorgeous. They thought of everything. My husband and I can not wait to return. We named the wall Bison, Theodore. He is also waiting on our return. See you soon,John & Terri

Summary: This property is beautiful. The house is amazing. It's floor plan is perfect with bedrooms on each end of the home and a large open family room and kitchen! The BEDS are so comfortable!!! The pool was so nice to relax by and enjoy. For all of you remote workers, I worked part of the time I was there and the internet was super fast! We stay almost exclusively in VRBO's and this one is at the top of my list. The hosts, Monica and Mark, were super attentive with any questions and were always quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home with us! We enjoyed our stay so much!!!!!!!
