Serene, modern, cabin with full kitchen, dining area, living room, 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 full bathroom with shower/tub. Sleeps 3 with the additional utilization of a quality rollaway bed. Cabin also has 2 Smart TV's, Direct TV, and unlimited WIFI.
Front porch with rockers to watch the beautiful sunsets. Back patio has seating with a propane grill, and propane firepit where you can enjoy the cattle grazing across a picturesque pasture.
Located in the rustic community of Waurika OK., only 8 miles from world class fishing at Lake Waurika and 8 miles from the Red River and
adventurous ATV trails. Less than 45 minutes drive to Ft Sill in Lawton Oklahoma and Shepard AFB in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Numerous casinos located nearby.
Excellent location for your hunting or fishing endeavors---as a private over night rental. Also, there is a fenced dog run available. If rodeo is your passion there is pasture with water for a couple of horses.
There is a covered carport for 2 vehicles and adjacent is a 45' concrete pad for your RV, horse trailer or boat.
There is also a "Bunkhouse" located 100 Ft from Cabin --with rental of Cabin ONLY-- it has 2 twin beds, small refrigerator, coffee pot, over the air TV, couch and recliner, with microwave. It has a portable electric heater and a window air conditioner. There are no bathroom facilities in the "Bunkhouse". It is available on request--with Cabin rental ONLY- for an additional $10 per person per night.

Summary: Quiet and secluded, so much better than a Motel. Did not appreciate the $66 fees not mentioned untill after you send payment info, they should have been up front about the fees

Summary: The property was absolutely perfect! The patio our back was a great place to sit and relax after a long day. The beds were very comfortable, and you can really tell that Jay put thought into lots of the aspects about the property. It had everything we needed and more! We will stay here anytime we’re in town.

Summary: We stay at a lot of vacation rentals and this cabin was one of, if not THE best, as far as cleanliness and accommodations. We did not have to go to the store for anything at all. Oklahoma was having highs above 100° and the cabin stayed nice and cool. Jay was an amazing host and answered any questions I had immediately. If we are in the area again I will definitely be contacting Jay!

Summary: Can't express the beauty of this location. It feels safe, it's clean and there were no surprises. What is described is exactly how it was.Jay kept in touch. We were late checking in and still followed through to make sure everything was ok. Not many take the time. We will return.It is a short drive from Oklahoma City and worth a getaway. Summary: The property manager was beyond solicitous and accommodating of my needs. It was such a blessing to have a quiet, safe place to rest in the midst of a stressful trip. Be careful of the sofa.... you might sit down for a minute and wake up hours later! Everything was just as pictured and immaculately clean. This property will definitely be my go to for future trips to this area- I'm so thankful I found them!
