Summary: This place is appropriately named. It was a very cozy and very clean cottage in Clermont. We paddled multiple Spring runs during our stay and everywhere we paddled was within 1.5 hours from the cottage in any direction. It was the perfect center hub to hit some of the best spring paddle trails in Florida. We kayaked at Weeki Wachee, Silver Springs, Juniper Springs, and Rock Springs/ Wekiva River. Vanessa was very accommodating and a great attentive host. I would absolutely book this place again. The bathroom was very nice and the place is well updated. Both bedrooms have firm beds so if you like a soft squishy bed you may want to bring a mattress topper. My wife and I slept fine on the bed.Pro tip, traffic on 50 can be a bit tumultuous but if you use the back streets you will find ways to come out to Hwy 50 at an intersection giving you a traffic light. It will save you a lot of stress and frustration.
