The Space:
Our family-friendly cabin is packed with amenities and fun for couples, families or small groups of friends.
The cabin includes:
- Outdoor hot tub perfect for relaxing
- 3 bedrooms: two with queen beds one with a set of twin bunk beds
- Fully-stocked kitchen with stove/oven and microwave
- Wood stove to keep you cozy at night (plus baseboard heaters if you want to keep things easy)
Outside the cabin, we also have:
- Outside fire pit with seating for the whole gang
Our cabin has private access to a large community pond, just a quick 5 minute walk from the cabin. It’s stocked with fish, and has several picnic tables there as well – perfect for a picnic on a sunny day!
We often take our three little kids and dog to the cabin with us, so we're very family- and dog-friendly. Unfortunately we don't allow cats (we're allergic).
Please note: this property is located in a mountainous area, which means the roads leading to the home may be gravel and uneven in places. While most vehicles can access the property without issue, guests should be prepared for winding terrain and slower driving conditions—especially after rain or during winter months. We recommend using a vehicle with good ground clearance for added comfort. Embrace the adventure—this scenic setting is part of what makes your mountain escape so special!
Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but due to the natural setting, you may still notice some leaves, pollen, or similar—especially during certain seasons. We appreciate your understanding as nature tends to leave its mark, no matter how often we tidy up!
Beyond the cabin itself, we love how close to Berkeley Springs (a 20 min drive away). Berkeley Springs has been voted one of the top arts communities in the US, and has fantastic breweries, restaurants, and shops for you to enjoy!

Summary: House was clean. Very nice, quiet property. About 4 miles of gravel road to get here, so would recommend a vehicle that can handle it. Cell service in the area was patchy, so GPS for trips was in and out. We would definitely stay here again if we take another trip to Berkeley Springs!

Summary: Everything went smooth from beginning to end. Cabin was perfect and just as described. Tony was great with checking in to make sure we were doing ok and seeing if we needed anything. The hot tub is amazing and we love the layout of the rooms. Cozy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at the cabin rental, and a big part of that was thanks to the wonderful host, Tony. He was easy to communicate with and made the check-in process a breeze. The cabin itself was wonderful, with a hot tub, BBQ grille, and fire pit that we all enjoyed. My two young children loved the bunk beds, and we all had a comfortable and relaxing stay. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a fun getaway.

Summary: Nicely renovated cabin. Everything is new and fresh. No issues with cellular reception or WiFi at the cabin. Sitting in the hot tub on a chilly night was so relaxing. Then to come inside and sit by the fire was perfect after a day of hiking at Cacapon State Park. Communication with host was great. Very helpful and quick responses.

Summary: Spent 3 nights at This cabin with out little kids. It was the perfect size, it's super modern and the set of bunks for the kids was perfect. We enjoyed the isolation and pretty setting. The hot tub and grill was the highlight!

Summary: Very nice house in the woods, peaceful & relaxing. Great property for the dog go sniffing. WiFi/ cell coverage worked great. Great communication with Tony. Had a good trip and enjoyed the Apple Butter Festival.

Summary: still under construction, nails all through parking space, no spare garbage bags, no broom or way to clean the place even thow you are supposed to leave it clean, new roku tv but no way to watch it, I was told to cast my smart phone to the tv but how do you do that when the signal is weak or goes out
