Summary: The unit was clean, nicely furnished, had lots of foods supplies, etc. The owner was great at check in, and was accommodating for us at check out. A great value for the money. The location was a bonus, having never stayed in the Lake Dillon area before.

Summary: Easy access to the beautiful Dillon reservoir bike trail that can be taken to Frisco or Breck. Not far from Frisco or Dillon. Host was responsive and helpful

Summary: We had a nice stay, the house is exactly as described, and the host was more than welcoming and communicative with us! A couple things that could have made the stay a little better: it was warmer than usual for CO this time of year, and the unit doesn't have AC (which was fine, it was not listed as a feature, so we didn't expect it), but a small fan to have in the bedroom would have been very helpful. Also, the neighbor directly below us was very upset about every small noise (my partner sneezed when we were there midday and was immediately met with pounding coming from the floor/his ceiling). We really did try to be respectful of this and were sure to walk softly and barefoot, but sometimes you cant help dropping something or tripping, and every small noise was met with knocking. I know this is completely out of control of the host and absolutely not her fault, but unfortunately is something worth considering if you have children or know you step loudly. The area is gorgeous and the location is great!

Summary: I was a little nervous at first when it took some extra calls/texts and a short wait to get the necessary info to open the door when we arrived, but our host was helpful and we had no real problems after that. The condo is accurately described. The building and surrounding property are pretty basic... not fancy, but it felt safe. Staying for a week, we would have found a dresser and a microwave to be useful, but otherwise the condo was comfortable and well stocked with the necessities and some nice extras too. A real bonus from our perspective is the adjacent Dillon Lake RecPath... the hub of dozens of miles of paved walking-biking recpath trails. Overall, we we were happy with our stay, and found it to be a very good value.
