Positive: The house was nice inside updated and comfortable.

Negative: The house could use some cleaning on the outside. There were ton of dead bugs located inside the house. Maybe a quick clean (sweep) before guest arrival.

Summary: Comfortable stay and close to what we wanted to do for the weekend.

Positive: The house had everything that we needed for our stay. The 3 bedrooms were all good sizes and were GREAT for the 4 adults that stayed there and had all the comforts of home! We will definitely stay there again if the need arises.

Negative: When we first drove up the driveway to park there were 2 large trash containers overflowing with trash. We weren't sure if the previous people had just checked out and it wasn't trash pick up day yet or whatever. As long as the flies stayed outside it wasn't too bad. When I called to get the key code I informed Sylvia of the situation and it was resolved by the next day. Most properties or timeshares that we have stayed at always has had some type of binder or folder with written information in it such as restaurants, activities, etc. within the area as well as check-in and check-out requirements. That is very helpful. The biggest thing that bothered us was for the amount that we paid for our stay, we would have thought that the porches outside of the house where there were metal seats placed so we could enjoy the evenings outside would have been cleaned up. I didn't feel that I should have had to be the one to clean all the cobwebs and spiderwebs off of the porches.

Summary: The house was just what we needed for our stay in West Virginia.
