From our family to yours, come make memories in this cozy retreat in the Gold Star community of Arrowhead lake, located in the Pocono Mountains. The home is located in prime community location. The home is in walking distance from Minisink and Choctaw pools and playground. Central location, with ease of access to the three heated community pools. This 3 bedroom home is with 1 full bath, and is perfect for a family getaway. Home is complete with free WiFi, TVs are set up with Roku containing Netflix, Hulu, and Disney Plus apps. Deck with grill and a fire pit are set up for outdoor enjoyment, dining, and s'mores for days. Sleeps up to 10, which is perfect for one or more families. Multiple amenities located within the community will keep everyone busy. Multiple tourist attractions located within driving distance.
This Gold Star, gated community offers 2 lakes, 4 beaches, 3 pools, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball, playgrounds, fitness center, outdoor pavilions/grilling areas, horse shoe pits, bocce area, shuffle board, boat/paddle board rental, and a spectacular community lodge. Grand lodge is complete with reception/entertainment area, outdoor eating area, gym, craft room, library, media room, billiards, and so much more. The main banquet hall features dramatic, floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, commercial grade kitchen, dance area, and spectacular view of the lake. The library has a media room with large screen tv, game room, and hardwood floors. A game room with ping pong and air hockey is located under the Welcome Center. Plenty of things to do nearby... at Camelbeach, Camelback, Jack Frost/Big Boulder, Kalahari, Knoebel's, Mt Airy Casino, the Crossings Outlets, charming village of Jim Thorpe, and Bushkill Falls [the Niagara of Pennsylvania]. Close whitewater rafting, tubing, golfing, paintball, minigolf, hiking, and skiing. Conveniently located minutes from 940,115, I-80, and the PA Turnpike.
No cats, may be willing to consider dog for extra. Linens and toilet paper are included. Bring your own towels. ****Arrowhead Lake is a gated community with 24 hour security. Renters are required by the association to pay a gate card fee of $15.00 PER CAR and a temporary membership wristband fee of $35 PER PERSON per week age 12 and older in peak season, pro-rated per day if less than one week. In the off season, fee is 2$ per person per day for temporary membership wristbands. Community charges temporary membership fee from renters (12 years and older). Wristbands are mandatory year around. As of 1/1/2020 Arrowhead Lake Community Association charges a $20 renter paperwork transaction fee to renters and a $25 late processing fee if paperwork is not submitted 3 days prior to arrival.

Summary: Cozy home. Our family enjoyed our stay! Pastries were waiting on the table when we arrived. Charcoal and lighter fluid were provided. Air fryer was nice to have!

Summary: We had such a great time - the communication with owners went smooth. A lot of stuff to do in the gated community and in the area. Water was peaceful and property was cozy for a getaway with friends. There was an air conditioner but honestly the place was so cool without air conditioning on. It dropped down to 50 degrees overnight. Really nice people in this community too - very family friendly. Excited to rebook in the winter for skiing and sledding. Highly recommend.

Summary: We decided to look at places to stay in the poconos area for a family and friends getaway. I know growing up Arrowhead gated community is the safest cleanest and family friendly community in this area. The owner was super responsive- explained the entire process. You get these wristbands that allow you at all the amenities and the car key to get you in and out. It felt like our private escape. The weather was perfect so we got to enjoy the gorgeous lake! The lodge had events and so much fun. Music food - I wish we got to see the firework display. We took advantage of the basketball court and pool tables. The property itself was beautiful. The beds were so cozy it was tempting not to lounge around all day. The fire pit was all set up - with wood available nearby. They even had an air fryer! We packed food , cooked snacks and enjoyed quality time with great people. We are going to book again soon! I’m so thankful for them allowing us. Felt like family. Worth every penny.

Summary: Our weekend was great at Arrowhead Lake. My grandkids had lots of fun with all the amenities the community offered for their guests. My host was very accommodating and flexible to make our stay enjoyable. The trees surrounding the house provided privacy as well as shade. We will definitely come back.

Summary: The photos of this home do not do it justice. The peacefulness of the property is overwhelming. The home was clean and cozy. The community had plenty to do for the family and all ages. The island pool is a must. The beaches and lakes are great for a change up swimming location and kayaking. The rental shack at the big lake has equipment to rent for the volleyball, basketball and bocce courts. Also, kayaks and canoes conveniently for rent. The community had plenty of fun activities planned, including a bonfire, karaoke, and crafts for kids. if you enjoy exercise The lodge has a great gym and yoga classes. Property was close to activities in the area, such as Bushkill falls, seven tubs (so awesome), Kalahari and H20 split rock water parks. We didn't ski due to summer season, but Big Boulder and Jack for Frost located about 15 minutes from the house. The hosts were so accommodating. We will definitely be staying again!!
