Positive: What we expected was a tiny cottage on a secluded hill well off the beaten path and nearly impossible to find. What we got was a resort spa condo directly off the highway backed up against some of the most beautiful private ski slopes and picturesque sunsets we've ever seen. Check in was a breeze and thier directions clear & percise. If you ever have a chance to visit you absolutely must try the beef wellington at Milanos Italian resturant just 6 minutes up the road. You won't be disappointed!
Negative: Instructions for the internet TV would have been nice. We gave up trying after 30 minutes of trying to log in.

Positive: The condo itself was modern, clean, and well-kept. The pool looked nice but we were there in cooler weather, and having a bar and convenience store in the lobby was a nice bonus
Negative: Very frustrating check-in process. We arrived a little after 4 p.m. (check-in time) and hadn’t received any instructions. Staff at the property had no record of our reservation. We called the number provided multiple times before finally reaching the host, who said she would send the check-in information right away—but we never received it. After contacting Booking.com for help, they reached out to the host as well, but there was still no response. I requested a refund, but was told that it could only be issued if the host agreed—which feels unfair since there’s no incentive for the host to approve it. The property was very noisy in the hallways, making it hard to sleep, and the room was uncomfortably warm. Also, a heads-up for future guests: there’s a master switch that controls all the lights, which we weren’t informed about.
