Summary: Great property. Only negative is the shower in the bathroom is very old. Also, the property manager should consolidate the tennant rules, which appear differently in the listing, the rental agreement, the arrival email, and at the property in the renters' instruction book.

Summary: Quiet and peaceful setting. We had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed preparing breakfast and dinner over the backyard fire pit and enjoyed the serenity of the Naples area. The accommodations were quite comfortable.

Summary: We really like the Schoolhouse. The property was well appointed. There were nice touches such as body wash and face wash. The kitchen is small, but it had everything you need to prepare meals. Overall, this is a pretty and cozy property.

Summary: Location is close to Main St Naples for all conveniences. Also close to Canandaigua Lake and neighboring Finger Lakes. House is laid out like a studio apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is rustic. The floor is creaky in the center of the room. But otherwise a great, well maintained, well furnished, house and great location. One of the best options for staying in the area.

Summary: Wonderful little historic home! We loved the school house history and the feel of this historic home. We wanted a warm cozy place to get away and do nothing but cook food, eat, watch movies and nap and this was the perfect place! Very clean and neat.
