Summary: Was in town for a long weekend at the beach and a concert at Veterans United Amphitheater. The house was perfect for our group (3 adults). The location made it incredibly easy to get to and from the concert, plus all of our shopping and beach time. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Summary: Very nice condo. Unsure of using firepit due to location, wind and closeness of properties. The host was quick to communicate and assist with concerns. Neighborhood was good. The neighbors were quite and polite. Liked the fact that there was room for 4 vehicles and the location was near the hot spots we needed (base and VA beach). Would stay again!

Summary: Perfect for our long weekend with comfortable beds and had what we needed to cook. 25 minute drive to VA beach and close to grocery stores, etc.

Summary: This house and host were wonderful...The house have everything we needed and was close to everything Chesapeake has to offer. I would rent the house for me and my family again. Very clean and well decorated!

Summary: Host was very nice to have let our family of 6 stay at the property. We were taking a trip to VA beach for the first time. The house was very spacious! We were shocked at the home space. It was Very clean and i had no complaints because it smelled nice and looked nice! The only 2 things are the AC units were shut off on the 2nd level of the home when we got there and it was terribly hot and it created a very thick muggy smell. It took a couple of hours for it too feel cool. It would have been nice for it to have been turned on prior to us checking in. The remotes were missing in 2 bedrooms, thats including the master and that really sucked because we did like having downtime at night. I contacted the host and she was quick to respond but said they were missing for a while. The wifi wasnt strong enough at all to use the universal roku remote on my phone that didnt work so we couldnt watch tv at all. The wifi is very weak so it didnt connect to the tv in one of the other bedrooms so basically none of the tvs were working except for the living room one. Overall though the stay was great, the host is very kind and she does a great job keeping the home clean. The master king bed was very comforable! Thank you for hosting us.

Summary: Very nice house with ample space for all of us to stay. The bonus office came in handy as a 4th bedroom for our 5th person. Host was extremely responsive when we were having issues with the wifi. Would have loved to stay longer. If we come back to this area, this will be the first place I will book!
