Summary: The property was very nice. Nice amenities, perfectly clean, quiet. The only thing was that it is located in a newly developed area and a bit difficult to find, at least the first time. But I would definitely stay again. Thanks, Andrew!

Summary: Andrew’s spot was a great experience! We stayed here for ACL weekend 2, and it was the perfect distance to Zilker! It was about a 20-25 minute Uber ride to Zilker, in a quiet neighborhood, and was easy to check in & out. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking!

Summary: Andrew was quick to respond with any questions I had before booking. This has by far been the best place we have stayed in Austin so far and will be repeat stay-cationers here. They thought of everything you might need with a mini fridge stocked with water, a coffee machine and k-cups, and plenty of towels and basic toiletries. 10/10 on cleanliness, host communication, and price! It is located in a newer residential community so very walkable and feels relatively safe at all times. This area is for sure going to boom over the next few years. HEB and CVS close by if you need anything and about 20 mins to the city. Worth the extra drive to stay here (not even that much extra)! Thanks Andrew!

Summary: Expect a great property manager to accommodate whatever you need and is quick with his responses. The property is clean, quiet and away from loud noises. I liked it so much I tried to stay another night. I'll definitely be on the look out for this property again for my next visit.
