Summary: This was a spacious house that met our needs. All the bedrooms had great beds. Kitchen was well stocked. It was so close to shopping it was amazing. It was in a very quiet neighborhood. Would stay there again. Host was super fast in answering questions.

Summary: Would do it again in a heartbeat. Easy to schedule, great surroundings, and Lane was an excellent host. Kids and dogs enjoyed the back yard, nice kitchen. It's like your home, when you can't be at home. Thank you! Will book again.

Summary: We enjoyed being so close to everything! The house itself is a cute, older remodeled home that is comfortable and has an amazing air conditioner that we really appreciated on the hot summer days. It has a baby gate and a pack-n-play available. We enjoyed sitting in the back yard early each morning while it was still cool.

Summary: Great place! Looks small from the outside, but the finished basement is a bonus. Wonderfull use of space and beautiful remodel. Close to everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: There needs to be clarification on a few things. The steps are a potential death trap as they are extremely steep and narrow. The driveway is not safe for people that have stability issues and only one car fits in the driveway. The bathroom upstairs does not drain and there was NO body soap anywhere (plenty of shampoo and conditioner). The Keurig did not work and if you plan to cook, the pans are very scratched up. Also, please check all windows upon check in as there were multiple windows open and even more unlocked. Bedrooms downstairs do not have an egress window unless you have a small pet. Only the downstairs TV appeared to work and the thermostat baffled even an engineer who had recently graduated from the AIR FORCE ACADEMY. There is virtually no heat downstairs as the bathroom and one bedroom (makeshift ent) do not have vents unless they are hidden, but the temperature difference is at least 10 degrees. The trash couldn’t be taken out as both cans were completely full The remodel looks good, but the little things are what matter. Lane was responsive to emails but his answers many times were- ‘that was in the emai’.

Summary: I have a service dog, the fenced yard was great! This home makes use of every square inch. Our family of 7 were easily comfortable in this home! Location is amazing for access to groceries and restaurants. Wonderful, responsive host

Summary: We were very happy with this rental. Very easy to get in, the host was very responsive, and the house was nicely remodeled. It's tough to find and entire home with a fenced backyard without someone else living on the property. They are usually very expensive. this was still a little more than we were looking to pay, but ended up being worth it after our stay. It was very close to everything as well! Would definitely stay here again!
