Walmart is only 5 minutes to the east close to many of the popular restaurants we all love. This country, private, villa home with rustic charm is newly renovated throughout, a 400 feet walk to lovely Lake Sampson (1987 acres), provides awe-inspiring views, and excellent fishing opportunities. The property is fully fenced, lock controlled with 7 surveillance cameras, and the only home on the street with custom, installed street lights for easy night navigation.
