Positive: Very clean, had all the necessary amenities, great location, owner was next door, but unabtrusive. This was a great location in Flat Rock in a well maintained cottage. A place for a very pleasant stay.
Negative: The location was hard to find at night. We ended up at the wrong address in a dark unlighted area - only to discover we missed the turn to the property. Once we found it the next day, it was a delightful location.

Positive: We rented this home and one other for our son's small, intimate wedding at Glassy Mountain Chapel. This home exceeded any and all expectations. Impecably clean, bright, and calm, quaint and removed, but close to towns and trails. The owners and management team were genuine in their care for our stay. They were too, too generous in their care for us knowing we were there for our son's wedding - it was moving how much so. Our stay - the beauty, the people, the pace - has solidified our decision to move to the area. We want to own this home! It is PERFECT.
Negative: Nothing. Absolutely not a single thing! Perfection!
Summary: The best vacation rental we have ever rented/stayed.
