This home is perfect for an adults weekend away or a family beach vacation. Air conditioned and heated throughout with a kitchen that has full amenities for you to cook in your home away from home. Close to both Hope College and Grand Valley State University if you need a place for game days, move-in, or graduation weekends. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that is nearby all that Holland has to offer - dining, shopping, entertainment, and of course...the beach! Guests do not have access to the basement. 28 day minimun stay per township rules. $150 pet fee if you are bringing your dog(s)

Summary: Great location, a short walk from some stores, kayak rentals, and good restaurants. About a 4 minute drive from the State Park beach. House is very clean, with everything we needed for our family. Quite street neighbors were nice, back yard and porch were nice to be out on. Overall great experience.

Summary: This was a perfect set up for a family of 5. The family room, kitchen, and dining area were in the middle of the house, separating the master/en-suite from the two other bedrooms and hallway bathroom. The house was stocked with tons of extra towels, linens, blankets, and any kitchen item you might need. The beach chairs were an unexpected surprise that we were able to use. We loved the location because we could quickly get to the beach and were able to optimize our time there. The yard was super manicured and nice for our kids to run and play. While we stayed here, we enjoyed visiting Saugatuck Mini-Golf and Bowerman Blueberry Farm, as well as various shops. Thank you for a great stay!

Summary: Perfect home for a long weekend at the beach with my husband and two children, ages 2 and 4. The house was clean and well-appointed. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and the beach. Heather was responsive to all of our questions. Nice deck overlooking the private backyard. We would stay there again if we plan a similar vacation in the future.

Summary: This beautiful home was situated pretty close to the beach and the drive to downtown Holland was relatively quick. My favorite aspect of this rental was the deck overlooking a wooded yard. I spent as much time as possible on the deck listening to and watching birds. Very quiet neighborhood. Our family had a great time at this house.
