Positive: Bed was replaced since last stay.
Negative: Bathroom was as clean as it could be, but the shower was not draining fast enough. There was so much standing water. The bathroom and kitchen need to be redone. There needs to be another refrigerator and better layout for food prep. 2 bathrooms and 1 small kitchen is inadequate for 10 rooms.

Positive: Close-ish to the trams and fast food etc. quiet street & cosy little room. Pics were accurate.
Negative: Bit of a mission to reach from SEA TAC. Oven was out of bounds so felt abit basic. Rainer beach didn’t feel like the nicest of neighbourhoods.

Positive: Even though the accomodation is relatively far away from downtown, the commute is easy and reliable. The heating worked well and warmed the room up quickly. Well-equipped kitchenette made cooking very easy.
Negative: The bathroom lacked proper window and only had plastic panels covering it which made the bathroom cold. The walls are thin and the sound carries through. Other tenants during our stay were very thoughtful and everyone tried to be quiet, but this experience is based on luck who you will be occupying the space with.

Positive: For the first couple days, there was a full garbage can that smelled awful. On the 3rd day, it was removed, and my experience was much improved. I left my motorcycle parked outside the residence for 3 days straight, and no one messed with it, I was very happy with that
