3 Bedroom House in Bristol

Hello and Welcome to my cozy home here in Bristol, RI. We are small quiet little beach town located 2 towns north of Newport.
You and your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. I'm 25 minutes north of Newport (great community to visit too), a short 10-15 min walk from downtown Bristol, Colt State Park, Bristol Public Beach, and all the great restaurants.
Long term stays are ideal for professionals, traveling nurses, adjunct professors, students, etc. Please reach to me for questions.
This is a 3 bedroom 2 full bath ranch style home on a corner lot, and a driveway for 2 cars. All three bedrooms have a queen size bed and an air mattress is provided for the living room if needed. The office is located down stairs near the second full size bathroom.
The neighborhood is super friendly and all single-family homes with many families and retired residences. The house is located 1 block from a baseball field, 2 blocks from the High School, and half a mile from the Bristol Police Department.
Getting around is super easy and convenient. Stop & Shop (grocery store) is half a mile away, Bristol Total Fitness (gym) is three quarters of mile away, and all the local restaurants in Bristol are 1 mile away.
Note: There is an empty space in the basement, but the basement is not legal "living space" as defined the state of RI, so I do not recommend using it to sleep in.

Summary: Staying for a buisness trip and the owner more than accommodated us and our needs for the week. House was well stocked, fence has seen age but the owner kept communicating with us well in advance and our dog still had no issue there! Great rental for the price and location.

Summary: Nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to Bristol and surrounding towns. Pictures gave a good overview. A couple of minor issues incl. the bathroom window would not close, the TV remote did not work, and the light over the front door was not working making it hard to find the lockbox. Otherwise, the property lived up to my expectations. Was a good base for an active stay!

Summary: The stay was very nice. We had a great time visiting. I know that you probably rent to students, and I am sure that they do not always tell you when something is wrong? We found a few things you might look at. A blind is missing from the front window, in the living room the hot water is very hot, someone may burn themselves, it would probably be a lot easier for you and your guest if you had a book in a folder with all directions for the checking in and out instead of going to the phone or computer. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much and would love to stay there again. Have a great day, Anna Palmieri

Summary: The house is in an awesome location: quick walk to Bristol harbor and shops/restaurants; quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors. The house itself is well set-up for a group. Two full bathrooms, laundry and a nice kitchen. Beds are comfortable. Living room is a nice size, as are the bedrooms. Air conditioning worked really well. We brought our two dogs (55 pounds each) and kept them in the breezeway that opened to the fenced backyard. This worked perfectly. There were a few smaller spaces in the fence that might cause a problem for smaller dogs (could get out) but our dogs were well-contained. We contacted the owner a few times during our stay and she always answered promptly. The house was not 100% clean when we arrived. I talked with the owner at the time and she offered to send the cleaning crew back but we chose to tidy up the house ourselves. It sounds like the owner will address this with her crew so hopefully this will not be a problem for future guests. Overall, we had a wonderful experience in this house and in Bristol! 😃

Summary: I had a wonderful week here with my dog! The host was so great. She was very responsive and did a great job. The house was comfortable and immaculately clean. I love the neighborhood and the nearby town beach. Me and my dog loved the spacious fenced in backyard. I loved cooking in the gourmet kitchen with the gas stove. The house has so many terrific amenities. The beds are comfortable. All the furniture is great. I loved having an office downstairs as well this is a terrific rental with a wonderful host especially if you’re bringing your dog.
