One of the least expensive property of its kind in BSL! Cottage-cuteness with so much Bay St. Louis charm; Located near the school. Enjoy the Coastal weather on the large, covered front porch and fenced yards for your privacy. The home includes a large living room, large dining room, 2 small bedrooms, 1 fully updated bath with Whirlpool tub, a kitchen for a cook with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher including cooking utensils.
Feel safe in a private setting. We follow the strict CDC cleaning guidelines. Have the peace of mind that there are no shared shared spaces with stranger at lobbies and private entrances. No common AC systems!We love our little home! It’s works as a get away from our busy lives, we hope it will be the same for you! Couples love our serine location for the quiet, private, relaxing, charming and convenient experience! We have hosted many honeymoons and anniversaries! Our “Little Blue Cottage” is part of a quiet little dirt and dead-end street in the residential Bay Saint Louis a few blocks of the school, restaurants, stores, close to downtown with their boutiques and 1 mile to the beaches and downtown BSL and enjoy Mexico Gulf. Very close to the Hollywood casino.
We won't be available in person. We give our guests space but only available by VRBO texting.
- DO PLEASE PARK ONLY IN THE CONCRET DRIVEWAY/ CARPOT.
- DO NOT PARK ON EITHER SIDE OF THE STREET.
- DO NOT PARK BOATS OR TRAILERS.
- NO CHARGING OF ANY CARS OR ANY OTHER CHARGERS.
****Note: the Cottage is situated in a subtropical region. Ants and roaches are endemic to this region of the country. We fumigate regularly and clean to insure the Cottage is clean of anything that will attract these bugs. For that reason, we ask for your cooperation while you stay with us. Eat in the designated eating area and clean up any crumbs. Do NOT leave any food in the open on counters or shelves. Place them in containers or in the freezer. Also, place the garbage out in the large container frequently to prevent bugs from having a reason to entrée. If you get a multi legged visitor, use the bug spray under the kitchen cabinet and let us know where you spotted one and if it was alive.
--Cancel For Any Reason Coverage (CFAR) insurance is highly recommended for all longer summer vacations or travel during storm seasons in our area. It is your responsibility to take out this kind of insurance for any travel, as we have a no cancellation policy.----------
- We have a NEST doorbell with video features for the cottage protection. this system is external ONLY, and no audio or video is recorded inside the vacation rental.
-We have a Roku TV in the living room with Wi-Fi access. You can use your Netflix, Sling or other personal password. There is also an antenna for local channels. We do not provide CABLE.
-There is an apple TV system in the second room with a small TV and antenna for local channels.
-Other notes about the Gulf Coast Beaches along the Gulf Coast:
If the ocean beaches are closed for any circumstance. Trails are open for walking, There are other options at hotel pools if you need to get wet, ask us for more details, when open.

Summary: We were welcomed by blooming red roses. The cottage was just as pictured and described in the narrative. I suggested that the owner added more pictures to show the kitchen provides pots, dishes, serving bowls and more. We prepared a number of meals during our two week stay. The owner sent a note to confirm that all our needs were being met. Any questions were answered in a very short time. It is one of the best matches between the website description to the actual cottage.
