2 Bedroom House in Great Falls

A beautiful, relaxing house with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom with a queen bed, second bedroom with a double and single bunk.
The couch in living room is a double hide-away bed, and air mattress is available upon request. Both bedrooms have access to the full bathroom.
Washer and dryer available upon request, in unfinished basement with uneven concrete floor and steep steps. Laundry soap provided.
TV, and DVD player. 15 local channels & Wifi only, no cable.
DVDs, books, toys, and games are for your enjoyment while you stay with us.
Off street parking includes a carport.
BRAND NEW hot tub just installed & ready for you to enjoy! There is a small fenced back yard, complete with patio furniture and a BBQ grill (for use after winter is past).
We do have some house rules that we ask you please read and follow during your stay with us.
Absolutely NO smoking indoors. And if you choose to smoke outdoors, please pick up your trash, i.e. butts and ashes.
Visitors allowed only with permission. If you want to have visitors, please discuss it with us first.
Quiet outside after 9 pm.
Please remove your shoes when you enter the house.
Check-in is available between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm
Checkout is 11:00 AM unless prior arrangements have been made.
There is a dumpster in the alley for any trash you might have that does not fit in the trash cans in the house.
BBQ grill and lawn furniture to be used only in Spring-Fall, not in the winter.
PETS
Pets permitted with previous permission.
No pets on furniture or in basement.
Please wipe pets paws upon coming in the house.
The backyard is fenced but we are not responsible for any pets escaping.
KITCHEN USE & FOOD:
Please make yourself at home in the kitchen. If you do not have a cooking item you need, pots, pans, etc. please feel free to ask.
Please clean up all your cooking messes and wash, dry and put away any dishes you use.
If you make a mess in the oven, please clean it.
We do ask that there NO FOOD/eating in the bedrooms. And no drinks except water. (or bottle if you have a baby! ;) )
ACCESS:
The whole house is yours to use, but we do ask that you gain permission before going to the basement to use the laundry facilities. The stairs are older and steep, and the floor very rough concrete. We do not want anyone to get hurt or trip so please use the handrail and watch your step.
We ask that no one under 18 goes down to the basement. It is just for doing laundry and not a place to play.
There are laundry facilities down there that you are free to use with permission, including laundry soap etc.
WATER AND PLUMBING:
Do not flush tampons (sorry, but the alternative is much worse).
Please hang your wet towels. Do not leave damp towels on the furniture or the floor.
There is soap, shampoo and conditioner for you to use if needed. Feel free to ask if you have any other items you may need during your stay with us.
There is a First Aid kit in the medicine cabinet in the bathroom.
If you are staying multiple days and would like more fresh towels during your stay please let us know and we would be happy to provide you with them.
SAFETY
Please watch your kids, as we do not have kid proof locks on the cupboard doors or outlet plugs etc. Please feel free to put anything away that you need to, to make the house baby-proof while you are with us.
Please be careful on front and back outdoor steps, esp. during snowy and wet weather.
There is a fire extinguisher in the main entrance area, behind the door.
If you have a bad spill or something breaks please let us know as soon as possible so we can help with clean up.

Summary: This is the third or fourth year that we have stayed at this property during Great Falls Western Art Week in March. Being pet friendly, my wife can have her devoted friend (a four-pound chihuahua named Peanut) with her, which is a big plus. We also appreciate the fact that the owners live across the street from the property, which is handy should there ever be a problem. There hasn't been an issue but it is comforting to know that help is nearby.

Summary: Some friends of mine came to town for our annual Christmas party and we cooked and stayed at the VRBO, it was such a nice and fun spot for us. Awesome amenities, very clean, and the owner was incredibly nice. He even came to check up on us and see how we were doing. 10/10 would stay there again

Summary: We enjoyed the place. Wveruthung was as expected. Hot tub was a bit low and had leaves in it, however it was still very enjoyable. I would stay again!

Summary: It had everything we needed. The owner stopped by after we were settled in and ensure we were all set and our questionswere all answered. The hot tub was available and it worked. No list of chores to do, over than clean up dishes we used, very reasonable. The kids were happy. I had what I needed to cook. House information was clearly posted and helpful. The sheets on the bed were so soft. That's what sticks most in mind. We all slept so well.
