Summary: We loved our stay at the Cozy Cottage! The house was clean and comfortable, annd accommodated our family of 4 with everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was really cute and peaceful. The people we encountered were very friendly. The house has a good sized yard that our kids enjoyed playing in and plenty of room for boat parking. Plus a pretty lake view from the porch! The neighborhood boat ramp was easy to use and close proximity to the house. We will definitely be returning!

Summary: Our entire experience at this location was, in one word great. My wife made the comment she would definitely stay at this location again. The entire cabin was very clean and conveniently located less that 1 block away from a launch ramp, which you can actually see while standing on the front porch. There was plenty of room to park the boat & truck in the front of the cabin. If you're heading out for a fishing trip or a getaway to relax, we would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

Summary: Cottage is in a nice little subdivision on Sam Rayburn Lake. The subdivision had its own boat ramp which was very convenient. The cottage has everything you need for cooking up your favorite meal. Gas grill would be an added bonus. 3 comfortable queen beds. Not a far drive to Boykin Springs for a nice hike, then a swim in the lake which is fed by cold springs. Easy drive to Lufkin if more dining options are required. Brookshire Brothers store in Zavalla is close by. Brought our SeaDoo with us which made it much easier to see the reservoir. Beautiful!!! Had a fun and relaxing 3 night stay.
