Welcome to the Cozy Retreat, as soon as you walk in the door you will fall in love with the place. Walking through the entrance you will find a large sun porch. From there you will walk through a door which will take you to the large fully stocked kitchen. Through another door will take you into the dining room and living room with stunning details.
Going upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Each bedroom is stylishly furnished, two of the rooms have king beds and the one has a queen bed.
The large front sun porch is the perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the neighborhood wake up. Located in the heart of Amish country you'll also get to see horse and buggies drive by daily.
The driveway is shared with the other units in the building. 2 vehicles are permitted to park in the driveway.

Farm land surrounding the area and you will see many horse and buggies throughout the county.
A car is needed to get around the area during your stay. There is also Uber rides in the area.
Places to visit while in the area: The town of Intercourse with it's many quaint shops, the town of Bird-in-Hand with the Farmers market, Sight & Sound Theater, Strasburg railroad, The Amish Village, Shady Maple Smorgasbord are among the few we would recommend.
Reres' Cafe is a drive thru about a mile from here and they serve amazing coffee and sandwiches.
Hey there! We can't wait to host you during your stay in the heart of Amish country! However, we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our place (we take a lot of pride in it!) and to make sure we keep our neighbors happy.
1. All local Lancaster County residents must communicate with the host BEFORE booking.
2. The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund.
3. No parties, no loud music, no boisterous behavior.
4. Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the House Rules Section.
5. Renters agree to not contact the host until they have read the House Manual. Will be sent 2 days before arrival.
6. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $200/day penalty fee. ($200 for every day of the rental period).
7. Unless previously agreed upon with host, there is a $50 late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100/hr for each hour thereafter.
8. No Pets allowed. $200 Fine if Rule is broken.
9. If by your fault of breaking any house rules causes a scheduling conflict with other guests, you may be charged the amount owing to discount or refund, said guest.
10. Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching of our security team for immediate eviction with no refund. This will result in a $500 penalty additional to any applicable fees.
11. Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agree to the house rules.
