Summary: We came into town for a softball tournament in Loveland. This house put us close to the fields, but also in a central location for several places we wanted to visit in our down time. We had a great time and this was a beautiful home.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located between Denver and Fort Collins, which is what we were looking for. If you are looking for city and night life, this isn't the place you need. It's quiet and off the beaten path. As for improvements, the internet is not fast enough to stream live TV on the one smart TV on property. We were hoping to watch some football games, only to be disappointed with the buffering and freezing. Also, most VRBOs I've stayed out usually furnish small, travel size toiletries just in case you forget to travel with your own. I recommend all bathrooms be stocked with toiletries. Finally, the ice maker in the freezer wasn't working. Thankfully, we were able to reach out to the property manager and have some ice delivered.

Summary: Booked this listing specifically for the hot tub which was broken. Messaged the host where i was told someone would come check it and never did. Oven was left dirty as well as coffee grounds in the coffee pot. Both game tables which is the second reson we booked were broken and unable to be used. Wood and fiberglass covered by a shower rod and curtin. . Dishes left in the dishwasher and a crusty sponge in sink. Living room had no blinds just see through curtins and 0 window covering in the kitchen. Booked here for the hot tub and game room having a 4yr old to keep busy. This was a work trip for my spouse very upset once told the hot tub would be check it never was.

Summary: This property was a wonderful stay for our family and we would gladly return. Plenty of space for our family. Lots of sleeping room with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The downstairs game area was a bonus for our kids. The hot tub was used daily. We liked being out of the busy areas but close enough to stores and other things so it was no hassle. Great place to stay!
