Positive: We stayed in the apartments. They were spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. Many thanks to the staff for their help when one of us experienced symptoms of altitude sickness. Just for reference, the location is generally good, but it turned out that not all tour companies include this area in their pick-up zone for excursions.

Negative: The breakfast was quite simple. As our plans changed suddenly and we had very little time to prepare for the trip, we didn’t notice when booking that there was no heating in the apartment. We stayed in early March, and the rooms were very cold.

Positive: Nice staff and a pleasant lobby. Laundry service is available, and they also organize tours.

Negative: The bathroom window cannot be closed — it’s more like a glass grid. It gets very cold at night. The bed is of course subjective, but for us it was extremely uncomfortable and quite small. Breakfast is only available until 9 AM, and the accommodation is not located in a very good area.

Positive: The staff was so nice, and the location is great, in a quiet street but not so far to the city center (only 15 min by walking).

Negative: However, we had the 2 bedrooms apartment and one of the rooms has a small “window”, which is between the bedroom and the neighbor’s bathroom ; thus, we could hear everything, from the people showering to even pooping 😅 moreover, when they switch the light on, your room is gonna be lighting also, even if you’re sleeping at 5.30am like me. I could understand sound proofing is not a thing here, but you’re literally living with the neighbors.
