Summary: Pros- the views of the mountain are breathtaking. The 3rd floor is comfortable and cozyResponsive management teamCons-The bottom floor is 10 degrees colder than the rest of the house. The ancient space heater was not sufficient enough to heat the large space. Far too cold for anyone in our party to sleep in given the thin blankets on the beds. So that eliminated beds for 5 people. We all had to sleep on the top floor couches and beanbag. Claims to have a “game room” but there are no games. The downstairs bedroom is incredibly noisy from the heater turning on and off. No working toastersOnly 3 very thin dish towels and one roll of paper towels provided. One additional roll was provided the next day when requestedDishwasher not screwed in and kept falling out of the space. Not a 2 minute walk to the slopes as stated in the description. You have to drive to get to the resort. Carpets are very dirty and stained. Mysterious bites appeared on my neck which I suspect are from bed bugs though I cannot confirm. My 7 year old had 2 small bugs in her hair. The cabin is seriously lacking in games, sleds, things for kids, etc- all the things that make a stay feel homey. Not enough extra blankets or pillows. I could only find 2 extra pillows without pillowcases that were super stained. All the pillows are super old and flat. Bottom line- not worth the high price we paid for the peak time we stayed.

Summary: When we arrived the door key pad was broken . Had to get access to the actual key for the home . Home could had been a bit cleaner. Bed in the master wasn’t so comfortable. This is a three story home with lots of space. We really enjoyed that each of us was able to have a floor to ourselves. Overall our stay was nice everyone enjoyed the views. .

Summary: This cabin has vaulted ceilings with great windows and wonderful views. We just happened to take a short weekend visit just in time for a day full of lightning and thunderstorms. We axed our outdoor plans of hiking and chairlifts with associated activities and just settled into the cabin for a cozy day of movies, games and timing the lightning strikes. It was very comfortable. We had a great visit.

Summary: The place is better than expected based on recent reviews. It does look like the pictures. The front door code does not work like others have said. It does need a good deep clean. Beds are ok but old. They didn’t have any propane for the grill but they fixed it when I called. One bummer is the main kitchen area doesn’t have a couch/area to relax without being at the table or bar area.

Summary: We love visiting Brian Head. This cabin was not what was expected from the listing. It has been run down and was not clean like I would expect. Blinds and other surfaces were caked in dust. The couch in the basement is not usable due to all the cushions having springs poking out of them. The carpets and tile need to be cleaned. The walls need to be cleaned and patched. There was also a bandaid in one of the showers and a bed.
