Welcome to our newly renovated home that is located just a few minutes from downtown Elizabethtown, Fort Knox, breweries, Bourbon trails, nature parks, hiking, downtown Louisville, Churchill Downs, etc. This house is a very spacious 4 bed, 3 bath home. We have three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, and 1 bedroom and bathroom downstairs. There is plenty of closet and storage space for your convenience as well. The kitchen is a large space equipped with stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with plates, bowls, pots and pans, silverware, cups/mugs, cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig. Right off the kitchen you will see the dining area and the living room (it is an open concept). You will have garage access with plenty of parking available. We also have a level 2 EV charging station available for your convenience. Charger outlet is on a 60 AMP dedicated breaker, 240v NEMA 14-50 connector type required.

Summary: We had 6 adults and one child staying as a family. We celebrated our family Christmas here. The house was nice and provided adequate space. The biggest concern for us was the lack of baking pans, serving dishes and utensils. If you plan to bake or do much cooking, consider bringing your own pans and dishes. The beds were comfortable and the house was immaculately clean which is our family's number one priority when choosing a place to stay. The owner was very responsive to questions and we had no issues with anything inside the house.

Summary: This was a great space, large enough for our family (5 of us being from out of town/state) to stay and gather to celebrate our daughter’s nursing school graduation. Plenty of room! We were celebrating Christmas while we were all together too, it had a very homey feel. We were centrally located to everything we needed! Safe, quiet neighborhood!

Summary: We stayed at this property for my son's Advanced Camp graduation at Fort Knox. The house was perfect for our needs and was very clean upon arrival. It is located in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to base. We had a couple minor issues that we had to report to the property owner and she responded timely to our communications with her. The accommodations were as listed. The only downside side would be that the kitchen could be better stocked with dishes/serving bowls/flatware etc. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Summary: Loved the place. Maybe a railing for steps for the old folks in our group, and a TV in the rooms, but didn’t NEED either to enjoy our stay at this home. Proximity to Fort Knox was perfect for what we were visiting for!!!
