Negative: No parking on the property, but that seemed to be the case for the whole area. However, very easy to find parking (I use SpotHero) within a 5 minute walking distance.

Positive: I dont even know where to begin. We were in town for a concert at Xfinity Mobile Arena and was looking for a quick. convenient, and affordable place to stay for a night. I dont know if I've ever found something so perfect before. The property is perfectly located right off Broad Street just a few minutes' walk from Center City. There is a convenient store and Aldi STEPS from the property as well as the Broad Street SEPTA line, which takes you directly to the Sports Complex, among other areas. The room was incredible and fully stocked with everything you need: kitchen, refrigerator, couch, and separate bedroom. Also, a PRIVATE BATHROOM! Finally, Michael was a pleasure to deal with he was personable and answered quickly to any questions I had. I will 100% use this location anytime I am looking in the Philadelphia area. THANK YOU, AGAIN!

Positive: Great - big - huge flat, ideal for up to four people. Kitchen is well equiped, beds are very good. Sofa and television make the evening complete. Check in went smooth, with very clear instructions. Communications during the stay was good and supportive. The flat was spotless clean. It is about 3 minutes from the nearest shopping (ALDI), 3 minutes from the subway, and 10 minutes walking to a well equipped supermarket.
Negative: A towel in the kitchen would have been nice.
Summary: Great apartment, near the subway station, and shopping possibilities. Good for families up to 4.

Positive: It was a comfortable and pleasant space a close walk to the shuttle bus for Making Time Festival. Newly renovated, feels fresh and calm inside. My partner and I had a great time.
Negative: There is no coin machine in the laundry and the machines only take quarters. Bedroom curtains don't block out any light. Bed pillows were uncomfortably thick and dense. Really hard to sleep on as a small person. No bag lock up area if you need to check in early but the room isn't ready or if you need to check out but have a late flight. No table to sit at and eat. Would have liked some more towels for use over a few days.

Positive: I liked the central location and proximity to a big grocery store & metro/bus stops. This is a great value for the price, and the apartment had everything you need for a short or a long term stay.
Negative: My apartment was on the high 4th floor, and the building doesn’t have an elevator, so getting a big suitcase upstairs was not an easy task. Also needed some supplies in the kitchen, but management was very responsive and they quickly solved it.
