Positive: This dear lady does not need my review, as she's already got a wonderful rating, but I'll chime in, anyway! Perhaps my long review will answer questions you have about Cozy. The place is immaculately clean, spacious, pleasing to the eye, and has ALMOST everything you'd need for a week or so (for a couple; we stayed 10 nights). There's plenty of lighting, which is adjustable (there's even a switch right by the bed!). There's a mini fridge with freezer (she even had ICE ready!), an electric kettle, a double burner induction stove top, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. There are plenty of dishes, a drying rack, and cleaning supplies. She has also placed a few towels and a little extra bedding in one of the *3* ceiling-high storage cabinets. There are hangers, a rack, and drawers in the white one by the bed. This is also where we found extra bedding and towels. The brown cabinet houses slightly larger things that aren't cleaners, I'll mention later. For cooler weather, there's modern radiators in both the main room (this is a studio) and the bathroom. The one in the bathroom can do double duty as a drying rack! We were also provided with a small heater fan (brown cabinet). We had plenty of outlets for our needs. There is a dressed queen bed, a full family-sized couch, and plenty of decorative pillows. You'll find a small table (it seats 4), several chairs, and a desk doubling as a TV stand. There's a very nice old-fashioned style radio/Bluetooth speaker. There is one side table near the couch that's lightweight metal, easy to move. Like many corners in Warsaw, this street has a Żabka around the corner! They are one popular brand of these handy little shops that mainly only sell groceries. With just the two of us, this is where we did the bulk of our shopping, as we mainly only ate breakfast, and sometimes lunch at the apartment.
Negative: It may look like this is a long list of negatives, but I've listed solutions to most of them! The mattress on the bed is thin and firm, but to my understanding, this is very common in Polish households. I added the cushioning I needed by folding the provided extra comforter under me. There is no AC. Fortunately, during our stay, most days were cold, and the few days that were warm, it was plenty cool at night. So every night during that time, we just opened a window and ran the heater fan on fan only. This could probably work in warmer weather, too. The curtains are lovely, but could be a bit wider. We used the chairs in the room to hold the curtains against the windows for better privacy. Praga Północ may not be the safest neighborhood, but we had no troubles, and this place is VERY secure. My husband grew up nearby, and I was a first-time visitor from the States; we both loved Praga! What I noticed most about it to indicate its reputation is lots of graffiti, which made for a great photographic opportunity! So don't be put off by the location; it is very near the heart of Warsaw Centrum and Old Town. Parking can be a challenge and is pretty pricey (.50zł/PLN for 10 minutes, if I'm remembering correctly). There are a few spots across the street in front of the building, and an unpaved lot behind that. It's all paid parking, which might not be obvious to people not familiar. Pretty much any place with a sign nearby that has a blue circle and a white letter "P" means you've got to pay. And the machine for paying might not be super close by. We could not figure out how to do the parking digitally (the app only listed certain areas of Warsaw, none of which reflected our location). So my husband had to keep going out to the machine and paying whenever time ran out. Sometimes he'd pay for more time than we actually used. No remedy for that. BUT, this is NOT a reflection on Cozy.

Positive: It was a perfect stay! Thanks to the host. The room is cozy, warm (there's an opportunity to switch on the heating), looks bigger than on the pictures, it included everything we needed. Also, I really enjoyed the access to the yard, even taking into account that it was cold outside. Would be amazing during warm days! I would like to book it again during my next visit to Warsaw (if it's available and the price is ok:).
