Summary: Awesome location if you don’t mind walking a mile or two to some hot spots or Uber works too. Anne was very responsive and we have no complaints except that the shower door is extremely narrow to get in and out. Everything else was comfortable and clean.

Summary: The first floor studio was the perfect basecamp for visiting local friends and family. You can bike, stroll, or take the UT shuttle nearly everyplace that matters from this private, well-located, accommodation with a stylish cottage feel in a pretty garden space. The essentials: kitchen, bath, AC were up-to-date, with architectural details such as a nice tall closet, glass-and-tile shower and mood lighting. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and share the "find" with my friends. The owner was quick to respond to my texts for clarification on check-in. It was perfect for my needs!

Summary: Thus was a quick weekend visit for my wife and I to see our daughter who is a student at UT and the studio was a perfect option for us. We had our own space but were close enough to be able to spend a lot of time with her. Also while it is very close to campus it did not have the hustle and bustle and overcrowded feel like some of the other neighborhoods in the area.

Summary: My stay was absolutely the best. I felt safe and super cozy! The bed was very comfortable. Everything worked perfectly and was very clean. Ann was very responsive in the planning process and when I had one question. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks Ann!

Summary: When I first got there is smelt like a ashtray! With a ashtray on both sides of the bed. I think this needs to be told to people renting the property. I brought my own pillows thank goodness. Overall it was cute. The cigarette smell ruind the whole thing for me.

Summary: Perfect place for 1-2 people. Very clean, well appointed, will definitely stay here again. Down for a visit with my Longhorn for the weekend and really felt comfortable here. Ann was great! One word of advice - read the instructions she sends!
