Negative: Property was not hygienic. The entrance was not clean at all. There were no proper cub boards.
Summary: The Stay consisted of a mixed experience of good and bad. Overall stay was average.

Positive: Very responsive owner, who kept us all informed and reassured. The unit has a lock with a number pad, so check-in and check-out were smooth. There are a few bus stops nearby, the bus 119 is a good and reliable connection right to PABT close to Times Square. The neighborhood is very calm and peaceful. The unit is in the basement and the ceiling is quite low, so beware it is not ideal for tall people. I have 163cm and could touch the ceiling with my arms stretched. It was not a problem for us though. The unit has a kitchen with a huge fridge+freezer, a mini oven and a microwave. The toaster provided did not work, but thanks to the mini oven we did not need it. The kitchen does not have a stove top but we did not need one. Fair amount of cutlery and dishware. The bathroom was alright, they provided us with a few shower gels. Towels were also provided and there was a hairdryer. The back of the sofa can be laid flat to serve as a bed and it was quite comfortable. There is no proper duvet, only 2 blankets, provided for it but it was enough with outside temperatures around 20-25°C during the day. The proper bed had a proper duvet. Overall, we were satisfied, it's a good value for the price.
Negative: The bathroom could be a little renovated (sink a bit old with water leaking from the faucet bottom, not a lot of places to put your clothes). A sharper cutting knife would be also appreciated.
